Cancellation & Refund Policy

GetNeonLit is a modern, AI-first full-stack marketing agency. The following policy applies to all retainers, project engagements, sprints, audits, subscriptions and ad-hoc services purchased from us.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to GetNeonLit are non-refundable. Our work is services-based — strategy, creative, engineering, AI tooling, media buying and campaign execution begin the moment an engagement is confirmed, and the time, compute, licensed tools and team capacity allocated to your account cannot be recovered. This applies to retainers, one-time projects, set-up fees, sprints, subscriptions and any prepaid hours, whether or not deliverables have been published.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only within the window and conditions stated in our official newsletter. Once an engagement is confirmed and work has started, it cannot be cancelled mid-cycle. For monthly retainers and subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — already-billed amounts are not refunded or pro-rated.

To request a cancellation within the allowed window, email support@getneonlit.com with your account details and the reason for cancellation.

3. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Pass-through costs — including ad spend, SaaS subscriptions, AI/API usage, stock media, influencer fees and other third-party services purchased on your behalf — are non-refundable once committed to the relevant platform or vendor, regardless of campaign outcome.

4. Revisions, Not Refunds

If a deliverable does not meet the scope agreed in your statement of work, we will revise it within the revision rounds specified for that engagement. Dissatisfaction with results, performance, or subjective creative preference after delivery does not qualify for a refund.

5. Scope & Approvals

Please review proposals, scopes of work and creative approvals carefully before confirming. We execute exactly what is approved. Changes requested after approval are treated as new scope and are not eligible for cancellation or refund of prior work.
